Sales

We are seeking a hard worker with an entrepreneur mentality who wants to utilize their sales knowledge and experience to help us grow our company. We’d love to talk to you if you get excited at the thought of influencing positive change by assessing and enhancing our current processes, developing and executing sales strategy, and leading and mentoring a sales colleague.

The employment screening industry is dominated by large, big-box vendors that churn out 15 million background checks a year and have no time for personal service or tailored solutions. Our clients love us because our boutique firm has an in-house operations team, fast turnaround time, and custom pricing.

 Responsibilities:

Identify, develop and close new business opportunities

Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention

Develop and execute sales strategy for self and colleague

Enhance marketing message and develop value statements

Create and monitor sales metrics

Evaluate and improve sales processes

Conduct weekly pipeline calls to discuss opportunities

Mentor sales colleague

Qualifications:

4-year college degree

Minimum 5 years selling experience (Experience in the screening industry and/or professional sales training is a plus!)

Self-motivated and enthusiastic sales leader who can lead by example

History of sales execution

History of successful leadership

Strategic thinker

CRM experience

Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

Goal and task oriented

Strong organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Operations/Client Services

Seeking personable, hard-working individuals to assist with overall operational tasks and client services. Ideal candidates should be quick learners, intuitive and confident. We need team members who independently take initiative to get the job done and contribute ideas to improve overall processes as we grow.

Responsibilities:

Perform dual Operations and Client Services responsibilities for background screening clients

Process incoming client orders

Monitor orders placed with vendors for turnaround time control

Process services handled in-house

Contact employers and educational institutions to verify accuracy of applicant reported information

Review/Proof orders based on FCRA requirements and client specifications (trained by CR)

Research new sources for data & vendor relationship opportunities

Client contact and daily interaction

Interact with Sales and participate in account set-up processes for new clients

Qualifications and Skills:

Similar industry experience preferred

Extremely computer literate with ability to quickly learn new software systems

Comfortable performing web-based research

Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, fulfilling time-sensitive orders

Ability to multi-task, using multiple software programs, systems, and methods

Must be extremely attentive to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Professional communication skills, written and verbal, are required

Ability to handle client issues and consumer disputes efficiently and politely

Some college required; College Degree preferred
