Andrea leads Critical Research with over 16 years experience in the employment screening industry, with expertise servicing acute and non-acute health care sectors. She brings to life the vision of better background screening, where team efforts and attitudes are client centric, not self-serving. As the Executive Vice President for Critical Research, she works to expand service offerings, create new solutions and leverage partnerships. Andrea is a strong advocate for educating employers and consumers about the truths of the screening industry. Many myths about the industry drive scrutiny and misinterpretation. She believes that education is the key to screening success. Informing employers of the importance of screening and helping them form and follow best practices is the key to establishing a safe, compliant work environment. Balancing the roles of wife and mother of three fills her hours away from the office. Andrea is inspired by creativity, simple innovations and breathing new life into old ideas. Andrea lives for the thrill of finding bargain basement deals while shopping and admits that she can shop for hours without making a single purchase.
Jaime’s background in both legal and collections industries make her a jack of all trades. From customer service to phone calls, from research to reporting, she does it all. And, if there is a more efficient way to get things done, Jaime finds it. We’re not talking about cutting corners… we’re talking about observing, defining then streamlining internal processes. She’s a “machine” and even has the nickname to prove it. With her FCRA Certification and a can-do attitude, Jaime helps keeps our operations team focused and forward moving every day. When she’s away from the office, you’ll most likely find her playing the role of Team Mom for her son’s baseball team, which we can only guess is the most organized team around.
